The U.S. average diesel price rose 4.8 cents to $3.539 per gallon, according to data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration for the week ending Nov. 25.

The national average diesel price dropped 3 cents to $3.491 a gallon in its third straight decline, according to U.S. Energy Information Administration data released Nov. 18.
