The U.S. Energy Information Administration reported Nov. 30 in its weekly survey that trucking’s main fuel increased 4 cents nationwide.

The nationwide average price of diesel fuel increased 2.1 cents per gallon, according to U.S. Energy Information Administration.

The national average price of diesel spiked by 5.8 cents per gallon, more than twice the previous high for the year, according to the Energy Information Administration’s weekly data released Nov. 16.

For just the second time in 2½ months, the weekly national average price of diesel fuel rose.
