Logistics provider Secor Group, Washington, D.C., announced it has acquired Vision Relocation Group, Chantilly, Va.

Logistics firm Expeditors International of Washington said Tuesday its third-quarter profit rose 11% to $107 million, or 50 cents a share, from $96 million, or 44 cents, a year ago.

TransForce Inc.’s third-quarter net income declined to C$19.3 million, or 20 cents a share, from C$24.7 million, or 26 cents, a year earlier, the Montreal-based trucking and logistics company said Tuesday.

Echo Global Logistics said its third-quarter profit grew 30.2% to $3.4 million, or 15 cents per share, from $2.6 million, or 12 cents, a year ago.

Pacer International on Thursday reported higher third-quarter profit and raised its full-year earnings outlook.

Transportation and third-party logistics firm C.H. Robinson Worldwide said its third-quarter profit rose to $114 million, or 70 cents a share, from $103 million, or 62 cents, a year earlier.

Logistics firm Hub Group’s third-quarter income improved on higher intermodal activity.

Radiant Logistics, a third-party provider of airfreight and other services, said its fiscal fourth-quarter net income was $581,697, or 2 cents a share, down from $844,278, or 3 cents a share, a year earlier.
