Canada’s statistics agency says it hasn’t received data on U.S. imports of Canadian goods for September, raising the possibility it will be unable to proceed with a release of trade figures.

The automaker is stopping the assembly line that made BrightDrop vans in Ontario. Its future was in doubt after GM announced in April it would halt production for months because of weak demand.
