Rush Enterprises said it has acquired assets of MVI Group, which operates commercial truck and bus dealerships in Ohio, for $107 million.

The Riverside Co., a global investment firm with 20 offices in 14 countries, said it acquired Midnite Air Corp., Los Angeles, and will help the company expand its courier operations.

QualaWash Holdings said it has acquired Stallion Tank LLC, Salt Lake City, and Sparkle Klean  LLC, Charleston, W.Va. Terms were not disclosed.

Printing and mailing company R.R. Donnelley & Sons said it has acquired Express Postal Options International. Terms were not disclosed.
