Deutsche Post to Buy Logistics Unit

Soon after launching a $1.14 billion bid to acquire U.S.-based freight forwarder Air Express, Deutsche Post AG said its Danzas unit will buy Royal Philips Electronics' Austrian logistics unit, Vindo Logistik.
