Uber Freight is expanding its last-mile capabilities ahead of the peak delivery season through its existing partnership with Better Trucks, the company announced Nov. 13
The Chicago-based transportation and logistics company is expanding the commercial partnership and strategic investment as shippers expect a surge in e-commerce this year. Better Trucks is a last-mile delivery platform that orchestrates the movement of packages for retail and e-commerce brands. Uber Freight will leverage its technology, operational capability and scaled delivery network to expand its own last-mile capabilities.
