Cardinal Logistics Sold to Centerbridge

Third-party logistics company, Cardinal Logistics Management Inc., has been sold to New York private equity firm Centerbridge Partners LP.

No terms were disclosed.��The acquisition leaves the logistics company with no debt, according to Centerbridge.
