The American Truck Dealers trade group said Nov. 9 it has selected five nominees for its 2017 Truck Dealer of the Year award. They are:
James Carello, president of Regional International Corp. in Henrietta, New York.
Katie Hopkins, executive vice president of Truck Centers Inc., in Troy, Illinois.
Gary Nicholas, CEO of Nicholas-Wyoming Valley Truck Sales in Luzerne, Pennsylvania.
Robert Nuss, president of Nuss Truck Group in Rochester, Minnesota.
Zach Wagner, CEO of Gateway Truck & Refrigeration in Collinsville, Illinois.
The winner will be announced at ATD’s annual convention and exposition, Jan. 26-29 in New Orleans.
ATD said the nominees were selected by state and national association leaders and will be evaluated by a panel of professors from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business on dealership performance, industry leadership and civic contributions.
