U.S. Class 8 retail sales in February fell compared with a year earlier, and landed just below 15,000 to put most truck brands in negative territory, Wards Intelligence reported.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a proposed rulemaking to further restrict emissions of soot-forming nitrogen oxides (NOx) by heavy-duty diesel and gasoline engines starting in model year 2027.
