About 2,500 United Auto Workers members ratified a new three-year labor contract with truck and auto components maker Dana Holding Corp., the union said.

Dana Holding Corp. reported a smaller fourth-quarter loss than a year ago and a net profit for the full year, while boosting its 2011 earnings and revenue outlook.

Dana Holding Corp. said it completed the sale of most its Structural Products assets to Mexico’s Metalsa, S.A.
