Serving as the primary state reporter for Transport Topics, Eleanor frequently writes about how infrastructure projects and legislation affect transportation and trucking. For example, the Nevada assignment involved covering a new interstate highway meant to facilitate freight movement. Some of her other stories demand larger scales, such as her analysis of how voters across the country decided the fate of transportation ballot measures during the November 2018 elections.
Eleanor graduated from William and Mary in 2016 with a degree in English and History. When she鈥檚 not writing or chasing down sources, she鈥檚 exercising or eating ice cream.
