Wright Express Completes International Acquisition
Wright Express Corp. said it completed its acquisition of Financial Automation Limited, a New Zealand-based international provider of fuel card processing software systems.
With the completion of the $9 million deal, Wright Express will launch its new international division, which will be powered by FAL.
Joe Czternastek has been appointed as the company’s general manager of international operations.
Wright, Portland, Maine, provides payment processing and information management services to trucking companies.
