UPS Inc. said its aircraft mechanics represented by the Teamsters union have ratified a new labor contract that runs through Nov. 1, 2013.
      	  			                
The contract covers approximately 1,200 maintenance technicians and employees in related trades at UPS Airlines.
      	  			                
The company operates a fleet of 227 aircraft and provides daily service to more than 700 domestic and international airports.
      	  			                
UPS is ranked No. 1 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
