SunteckTTS Acquires HA Logistics
Logistics provider SunteckTTS announced this week that it had acquired HA Logistics, a freight brokerage and logistics company with full-service sales and support operations in California, Ohio, Texas and Washington.
SunteckTTS, based in Jacksonville, Fla., ranks No. 9 on the Transport Topics list of largest freight brokerage firms. It boasts a network of more than 200 freight agents, with 10,000 customers and 32,000 partner carriers.
“HA Logistics has shown remarkable growth and is an excellent fit to help accelerate our company’s expansion,” SunteckTTS CEO Ken Forster said in a news release. “Further, this acquisition will drive growth and profitability by combining our technology-enabled transportation solutions with HA Logistics’ experienced sales and operations team members.”
