RLJ Equity Partners Acquires R. Thompson Trucking Inc.

RLJ Equity Partners LLC said it has acquired regional waste hauling company R. Thompson Trucking Inc. No terms were disclosed.

R. Thompson Trucking has a fleet of more than 150 tractors, 100 dump trucks and 500 trailers, according to RLJ Equity Partners.

The Concord, Va.-based company works with industrial recyclers and waste collection companies in Virginia and North Carolina.

The family-operated trucking company was acquired from Linx Capital Partners.
