Patriot Sets Stock Repurchase Plan
Patriot Transportation Holding said Tuesday that its board has authorized repurchase of up to $5 million of its common stock.
These repurchases may be made in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions at prevailing market prices, the company said. The program does not have an expiration date.
Patriot operates tank carrier Florida Rock & Tank Lines, flatbed hauler SunBelt Transport and a real estate business.
