Navistar Receives Order for 1,050 Trucks
Truck maker Navistar Inc. said it has received an order for 1,050 of its International brand Class 8 on-highway tractors under a new three-year supply agreement with an unidentified leasing company.
That customer indicated plans to order an additional 7,950 trucks later this month for delivery through the end of 2017, Navistar said in the July 21 announcement.
Navistar will provide the customer with International ProStar and LoneStar Class 8 tractors powered by the Cummins ISX 15 engine.
