FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. 鈥 For the Intermodal Association of North America, the coming year will be somewhat similar to the current one 鈥 at least in terms of the association鈥檚 agenda of issues to be watched.
Members of IANA met here at the Broward County Convention Center on Nov. 11-15 in joint session with the National Industrial Transportation League and the Transportation Intermediaries Association.
NITL鈥檚 annual trade show, this year called TransComp 2000, was a part of the sessions.
鈥淚t was the first time we have met jointly with these groups,鈥 said Joni Casey, president of IANA, 鈥渁nd I think it was a good experience.鈥
