FleetPride Inc., an aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has acquired the assets of aftermarket distributor Heavy Vehicle Parts Inc. Terms were not disclosed.
FleetPride said Monday that the purchase included acquisition of Heavy Vehicle Parts鈥 16,000 square foot facility in Odessa, Texas, and an 11,250 square foot facility in Midland, Texas.
FleetPride, based in The Woodlands, Texas, said that with the purchase it now operates 19 locations in the Lone Star State.
鈥淭he acquisition strengthens FleetPride鈥檚 foothold in the West Texas market,鈥 Mike Paxton, FleetPride鈥檚 vice president of business development, said in a statement.
