FleetPride Inc. has acquired the assets of Colton Truck Supply in Montrose, Colo., from owners Brian and Carol Heller.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

FleetPride, which is based in Irving, Texas, is the nation’s largest independent distributor of aftermarket heavy-duty truck and trailer parts with more than 250 locations in 45 states and sales topping more than $1 billion in 2016.

FleetPride CEO Al Dragone said the new Montrose location will be part of the company’s network of 28 branches in the intermountain region.
