Trucking and logistics management provider Descartes Systems Group’s fiscal third-quarter net income rose from a year ago.

Net income increased to $3.1 million, or 5 cents a share, from $2.7 million, or 4 cents a share, a year ago.

Revenue for the quarter ended Oct. 31 rose 15% to $28.5 million, Descartes, Waterloo, Ontario, said Thursday.
