Daimler Truck announced Nov. 24 that its Rizon brand has expanded its sales network into Arizona, Washington, New York and New Jersey through new dealership partnerships.
Rizon, the company’s newest and ninth brand, builds medium-duty Classes 4 and 5 electric trucks and has been growing steadily since its debut at the ACT Expo in May 2023 in Anaheim, Calif. The brand added three dealers as it broadens its North American footprint: Diversified Truck and Equipment Sales in Arizona, Range Zero Emissions in Washington and Alta eMobility serving New Jersey and New York.
Diversified has supplied commercial fleets since 1976, while Range Zero focuses on electric vehicle support and incentive navigation. Alta eMobility, a division of Alta Equipment Group, provides end-to-end fleet electrification services.
Rizon said its trucks are in use across industries from municipal services to hospitality and fuel delivery. “Seeing Rizon trucks at work in such a wide range of industries … underscores the practicality of electric trucks in everyday operations,” said Alex Voets, general manager of Rizon USA.
