Celadon Group Inc. has named Paul Will the company’s CEO, effective immediately. Steve Russell will continue asÌýthe company’s chairman.

Will, who has been with Celadon for 19 years, previously served as Celadon’s vice chairman, president and chief operating officer.

Celadon Group is ranked No. 44 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
