Boyd Bros. Raises Driver Pay
Boyd Bros. Transportation is increasing average driver pay to 54 cents per mile and increasing seasonal bonus by 2 cents per mile for company drivers, the company said.
It also is increasing vacation pay and raising the sign-on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers.

鈥淚t is our drivers鈥 hard work and great customer service that makes us one of the most successful fleets, and we鈥檙e excited we can continue to offer them one of the most competitive compensation packages in the industry,鈥 Nix said.
The company also said it will replace more than a third of its fleet with new trucks by the end of the year.
