Qualcomm Inc. and Maptuit Corp. said Monday they have entered an agreement to make Maptuit’s navigation system available on Qualcomm’s mobile computing platform.

EGL Inc. said Monday that a $43 proposal by Ceva Group to acquire EGL is a “superior proposal” to a proposal led by its chief executive officer.

Diesel fuel fell 4 cents a gallon to $2.811 last week, its second straight decline, while the gasoline average posted its largest gain in just over a year, the Energy Department said.
