Third-party logistics operator Transplace��Inc. has acquired M33 Integrated, another non-asset-based provider, to add expertise in the chemicals and packaging sectors.

Terms weren’t disclosed in the Sept. 17 announcement. Transplace, which is the No. 15 broker in Transport Topics’ Logistics 50��list, said in a statement that the acquisition “expands Transplace’s vertical expertise and geographical reach.”

The seller’s locations in Greensboro, North Carolina, and Greenville, South Carolina, will become part of Texas-based Transplace’s Transportation Management unit.
