TransForce to Acquire Thibodeau Group
Canadian transportation firm TransForce Income Fund said it will acquire Thibodeau Group of Companies, a less-than-truckload and truckload carrier based in Quebec.
Privately held Thibodeau Group, which had about C$80 million in revenue in 2006, operates about 1,530 tractors and trailers throughout Quebec, Ontario and the United States, TransForce said Monday.
Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
