Chief Executive Dennis A. Bakal said his workforce has more than doubled over the last six months because of internal growth and the May acquisition of Dedicated Transportation. He went on to say, “This is an ideal time for us to eliminate redundancies and adapt our organization to serve the market that was the company’s original focus.”
