Hazmat Regulatory Bill Stalls in Congress

According to a survey of members of the House Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings, Hazardous Materials and Pipeline Transportation, no one expects the measure to be moved out for full floor consideration before lawmakers leave town for good in early October.
