Group Urges End to Transit Funds

| Staff ReporterCongress has enacted legislation to repeal the estate tax, a step that has been advocated by small business operations, including trucking companies. The Republican-sponsored bill faces a vetoe by President Clinton, who has said the measure drains future money away from Medicare and Social Security.
