Diamond Phoenix and System Logistics have completed their merger and are now operating as one company under the System Logistics Corp. name, the company said Wednesday.
System Logistics Corp. is a part of System Group S.p.A., an Italian company, the company said in a statement.
“The merger between the two companies benefits customers with a wider mix of order fulfillment technology and service offerings,” the company said.
System Logistics, Lewiston, Maine, provides warehousing and material handling software and technology.
