Combined Transport Inc. announced the acquisition of Blackwell Consolidation LLC’s operations to expand refrigerated, intermodal and tanker service.

The acquisition includes a 31-acre facility in Central Point, Ore., the headquarters of both companies. Terms were not disclosed.

“Our operations continue to expand, and the addition of the intermodal rail business was something we couldn’t pass up,” said Mike Card, owner of Combined Transport and chairman of American Trucking Associations.
