Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. has sold two Thomasville properties to a South Carolina industrial real estate firm for a $9.65 million, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds filing.

The 10.67-acre properties are at 100 Don Truell Lane in Thomasville Business Park. The combined site has 162,000 square feet of space.

Old Dominion declined to comment on the sale, including whether it is a sale-leaseback transaction.

The buyer is 100 Don Truell Owner, an affiliate of NAI Earle Furman of Greenville, S.C. The affiliate could not be reached for comment on plans for the property.

NAI Earle Furman and North Carolina’s NAI Piedmont Triad joined forces in 2017 to form a commercial real estate collaboration that has seven offices, including offices in Winston-Salem Burlington and Greensboro.

Among recent Triad purchases by NAI affiliates are the historic O’Hanlon Building in downtown Winston-Salem for $2.1 million in December 2022. The 107-year-old building at 101 W. Fourth St. is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

In May, an NAI Earle Furman affiliate paid $5.25 million to purchase a building in High Point's Deep River Corporate Center. The 8203 Piedmont Parkway property contains a 52,000-square-foot building.

ODFL ranks No. 9 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers in North America and No. 2 among LTL carriers.
